How likely is it the DM will alter the assessment report?

Hi all! I got my pip Assesment report and scored 12 for daily living which would be the advanced rate and got 10 points for mobility which is standard rate I am pleased with this outcome but am really worried the decision makers will alter this and I’ll get my score lowered? How likely is that?

Hi again @mayac98 - the decision maker will look at everything you've sent such as your claim form & any supportive evidence, as well as the assessor's report & their 'recommendations.' They seem to usually go with the report, but not always. I wish I could say if the decision maker doesn't go with the report that they'd find in the claimants favour, but have no knowledge on this.
