Clarification needed please

Hi guys, had this letter but not entirely sure what it means, any help much appreciated.

It means that whatever change you have reported (late) they have accepted that you had good reason for late reporting and will recalculate your UC from the date the change took place.1

Be aware that when they recalculate your UC entitlement new statements will be placed on your UC journal going back to the date of change. you will no longer have access to previous versions of the statements unless you download and save them now.1
