Hello all, Just a quick question, I know the waiting time for a Tribunal is 11 - 16 weeks, Is this for a Hearing, Or is this how long it takes for a Hearing to be booked?, I lodged my appeal on the 25TH February which was 17 Weeks ago and I still have not heard anything back from them, Thank you.

Someone on here said 11-16 weeks. I'm not too sure, I will try and call them tomorrow, hopefully it won't be too long, I applied for pip in April 2021, Got refused, Sent in a MR and got given some points, But since then I lodged a appeal in February, Not heard anything about a hearing yet.0

11-16 weeks for the hearing to be listed. Do be aware that this is just a guide, waiting times will be different in all areas. It was also depend on each individual case. The year wait certainly applied before the pandemic but hasn't been this length of time for over 2 years now.As with all timescales, they are only ever a guide.1
