Hi there
i claim pip and I get lcwra universal credit. I wanted to rent a house with my grandma who gets pension credit. If we rented privately and the LHA rules applied, could we go on a joint tenancy and each get the 1 bedroom rate?

You would each be eligible for 50% of the rent subject to a cap at the one bedroom LHA rate.
You would get your help with the rent through universal Credit. Your grandma will need to claim Housing Benefit.0
