I received a txt message on the 30th June . It reads that i have been awarded wit pip payment and i should receive a letter that explains the award in 2 weeks. I have read on here that the payment sometimes drops before the letter. If i got the txt message on the 30th, when should I expect payment based on people that have experienced the same txt message.

Yes, payment usually arrives in your bank before the decision, providing this is your first time to claim and you're not transferring from DLA.Once payment is made it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank. So it could be anytime from tomorrrow.0
