Does the PIP final decision assessor , go read all of the notes the Atos assessor read?

Was wondering ,ive heard the PIP assessors go go against the health assessors... So to do this, do the PIP assessors go through every single note the health assessor read? from the claimants ?

PIP assessors and health assessors are both the same thing. A decision maker from DWP makes decisions.
