in Universal Credit (UC)
hi there i got told to get a fit note whitch i did twice but the told the exsept i have a medicle condistion but hey dont need a fit not no more and i can do some kind of work

    Have you recently had a decision on a work capability assessment? If so were you found fit for work?

    yes and the reconsideuation one to they steel say im fit for work

    Then your next step is to request the Tribunal. See link. https://www.gov.uk/appeal-benefit-decision/submit-appeal
    Your fit notes will no longer be accepted. I'd advise you to get some expert advice from an agency near you. See link and put your postcode in, then choose a topic welfare benefits. https://advicelocal.uk/
