Hi I am slightly confused with the cut off dates for eligibility of cost of living payment, I had a payment on July the 4th of UC of the assessment period 29th of April to 28th of May, does that makes me eligible?
Many thanks in advance

No, that's outside of the criteria. To get the first payment of £326 then you must have be entitled to a payment of UC for an assessment period that ended between 26th April 2022 to 25th May 2022.Were you entitled to a payment for assessment period 29th March to 28th April? Which would have been paid on 4th may? If you did then you will be entitled to the first payment. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-payment

You would not qualify for that assessment period.
If you were previously on UC and received a payment on 4th June for the assessment period 29th March to 28th April then you will qualify for that assessment period.1 -
Hi @Paco1941 and welcome to the community, thanks for reaching out with your query. Hopefully you had an assessment period that ended on 28th April 2022, otherwise I'm afraid you won't be entitled to the cost of living payment.
Does that all make sense?
If there's anything else we can help with in the meantime, please don't hesitate to ask0
