Morning we have had first payment 326 but not payment as a couple for joint claim ?? Any advice?

You only get one payment of £326 on the joint claim, not one each.

You may get a payment of £650 paid in 2 lump sums of £326 and £324 ..
If you have a joint claim with a partner, you will get one payment of £326 and one payment of £324 for your joint claim, if you’re entitled.

I Never received the cost of living payment either for some reason.. There was one payment of £326 that went into my mothers account but we are both entitled ?0
