Hi my disabilities changed in September I put a new fit note in as I was getting low esa in July this year was lwca but was told no back dated money it's took 10 moths for medical am I entitled to extra money

Normally for backdated LCWRA payments, they should go back to when you started supplying fit notes.
Could I check you mean you were put into LCWRA in July this year, but your fit notes started in September 2021?0 -
If you were reviewed and changed from LCW to Support Group as a result of you notifying a change they should backdate the SupportGroup to when you reported the change. You should request a Mandatory Reconsideration not to backdate. Simply stay that because your current reappraisal resulted from you reporting a change you believe the Support group should be backdated to when you reported the change.0
