I was getting low esa in July this year was lwca but was told no back dated money?

Hi my disabilities changed in September I put a new fit note in as I was getting low esa in July this year was lwca but was told no back dated money it's took 10 moths for medical am I entitled to extra money

    Normally for backdated LCWRA payments, they should go back to when you started supplying fit notes.

    Could I check you mean you were put into LCWRA in July this year, but your fit notes started in September 2021?

    If you were reviewed and changed from LCW to Support Group as a result of you notifying a change they should backdate the SupportGroup to when you reported the change. You should request a Mandatory Reconsideration not to backdate. Simply stay that because your current reappraisal resulted from you reporting a change you believe the Support group should be backdated to when you reported the change.
