Hi, my name is luvlylin59! Can a family member fill in my review form if I tell them what to put?

Hi I’m just wondering if anyone knows whether a family member can actually fill in the pip review form obviously with myself telling them the answers to the questions? I’m just not sure about this and would appreciate any feedback?🤔

Anyone can fill in a PIP form for you, there’s no rules against this. You just need to make sure you sign it.
Make sure you treat it as a new claim and put as much information as possible.0 -
