Does me getting a job affect my dads ESA

I'm a 19 year old, full time student (university) and want to get a part time job. My dad claims ESA. Me and my dad are confused that if I start working then his money would be affected.

Is this true?

No, it won’t affect your dad’s ESA because that’s his benefits, not yours.
