Hi and welcome to the community
What report are you referring to
We are not the dwp and have no influence over their decisions
You can appeal a decision and we can advise how to do this
Have a look in the appropriate section about challenging a decision there is lots of advice on here to help
Or you could get some expert advice from welfare rights or citizens advice0 -
Welcome to the community @1204louiseh It's great to have you with us!
As janer1967 has said, it'd be really helpful if you'd be able to let us know what report you're referring to here. That'll help us to give you some more specific advice and support.
To comment on your post, you just need to scroll down to 'leave a comment', type in the box, and click 'post comment'. I hope that helps

Hi @1204louiseh! A warm welcome to you on the community.
I am not sure which benefit report you are referring to. I am aware that you can apply for a Mandatory Reconsideration, and then Appeal the decision if you are not satisfied with the outcome.
I am sorry to hear the report did not go in your favour. You may find the links below helpful:

An assessment report is not the decision letter. Whether this is regarding PIP or the work capability assessment you will need to wait for the decision to be made before you can request the MR.
