LCWRA Am I entitled to a back payment?

Hello, I declared myself unfit for work on the 23/03/2022 and have provided fit notes consistently. My assessment period runs from the 14th of the month and I receive UC payable monthly.
My LCWRA was granted via letter in my journal on the 1st June and the extra element will appear on my statement on 20th August three clear assessment periods being served this being the four assessment period.
My question is this will I receive a back payment from the end of the 13 week waiting period being 23 June? From the date I received the letter awarding the extra element on the 1st June? Or from the beginning of the assessment period following the 1st June beginning 14 June?
This is working on the assumption I receive any back payment at all? The process is extremely complex and many UC employees are unsure themselves.
Many Thanks
Michael

There's a full 3 month assessment period waiting time and the extra money is then paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition. It's not paid at all during the waiting period. The AP in which you sent your first fit note doesn't count because you reported it in the middle of the AP.Your waiting period will be April/May, May/June, June/July... LCWRA starts from AP 14th July to 13th August and first payment is 20th August. No LCWRA element money is owed.1
