i finally got an assessment from the centre for health assessments after 19 weeks after the first initial phone call that they wrote everything down for
today i was asked the same sort of questions but i feel she did not wait for all the whole answers im not sure weather she wrote the whole answer down i gave her
i could hear her typing my answers but i didn't hear her typing until the second half of the questions
i had to keep correcting her with the answers i gave her she did try to leave some of my answers out
now im worried the dwp will look at it and deny me the support group
all i do all day is worry and stress out about things on my mind now i am worried she has left out some of my answers
and on top of the stressful conversation i had with her as soon as i put down my phone my brother rang to tell me my aunty just died earlier today
it just cant get any worse
what else is going to happen today or tomorrow
it just dos not end

Sorry for your loss. During the assessment they type notes and the report is then written after the assessment. Once the report is written it will be returned to DWP. A decision maker will look at that, as well as all your evidence and then make a decision.Once it's made you will receive the decision letter in the post. I assume this is for ESA and not Universal Credit.Decisions can take up to 12 weeks.1

@poppy123456
yes ESA support group
12 weeks ?
its already been 19 weeks to get this far now i gotta wait upto another 12 weeks0 -
Having looked back at your other thread you said you've been waiting 17 weeks for the MR decision. Unless you were confused and it's not the MR you're waiting for.I've never known anyone have another work capability assessment for the MR. Unless you reported a change and this is your first assessment after reporting changes.1

@poppy123456
yes i was confused about what the 1st phone call was
the first phone call i got 19 weeks ago was for them to write down the application for M.R
this one today was from a health worker or dr or something like that for the actual assessment
they just asked me the same sort of questions but would not let me finish the answers she kept cutting me off midway through my answers i even had to correct her at least 3 times on one of my answers
i was getting so stressed out with the way she was taking some of my answers and leaving out half of what i said making it sound totally different and the opposite of what i said
she was even getting stressed out with the answers i gave and the corrections i had to show her
i still think she left out half of what i said

In your previous thread here https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/94164/esa-mandatory-reconsideration-for-support-group#latestYou said you were waiting for the MR decision. Can i ask why you were asking for the MR because you also said you've been in the work related group for 10 years. You can't request the MR for a decision that was made more than 13 months ago.Are you getting confused with the difference between an MR and a change of circumstances? An MR is when a different decision maker looks again at a recent decision and then comes to another decision.Did you report a change of health condition and the assessment you had today was because of that?

@ L_Volunteer
no nothing yet its only been about 2 weeks they said it could take upto 12 weeks
im not sure if its going to go in my favor as nearly every question she asked me she cut me off before i finished answering before going on to the next question0 -
Ah, quite a long wait then @HONGKONGPHOOEY . It sounds frustrating that she cut you off before you finished answering.
Wishing you the best of luck! If we can do anything to support you please don't hesitate to reach out to us0 -
