Advice. How can we correct my dad's date of birth on his European health card?

Hello Scope Online Community  
applied for new European health cards for dad, mum and me
we received new European health cards today but I have noticed they made a mistake with my dad's date of birth on his card, how to go get his date of birth correct on his European health card?
I would be grateful if anyone could help me thank you

    Hi @Globster, please see below,

    For a UK EHIC you must email mailto:nhsbsa.ehicapplicationsohs@nhsbsa.nhs.uk to advise of your new name or correct DOB.

    Include in your email your:

    • OHS reference number
    • name
    • DOB
    • address
    • postcode
    • telephone number
    • email address 
    • what details need to be amended
    • the correct details.

    I follow the instructions in your above message and email and gave all details required that required to enable the details changed @Karen7788
    How long it could take to get the details corrected new card issued @Karen7788?

    my dad just received an email this morning to say they reissue a new card that will hopefully have the correct details which was emailed yeserday @Tori_Scope

    Yes we holiday booked to Tenerife for two weeks in the first two weeks of December 2022@Torri_Scope

    I’m sure that it will be sorted on time because they responded to your email pretty quickly, have a great holiday with your family. I’ve never been to Tenerife but I’ve heard good things about it.

    I have never been to Tenerife on holiday it will be a new place for my dad, and me to go on holiday
    @Karen7788 Thank you, I'm glad the problem with the European health card is sorted I had a sleepness last night hoping this would get resolved quickly which has been. Now my dad and mum can look forward to our holiday to Tenerife can not wait I crossing days off the calendar already.
