Pip assessment call

After applying for PIP I was given a date and time for a assessment call over the phone on the first phone call I was very ill and I told them I am not able to continue with the call a week later and phoned me again because I was seriously ill mental and physical illness the person who spoke to me but they will call back within 2-weeks and text me with a time and date however I never received the call back due to mental health issues I have been suffering very seriously I have now been trying to get in touch and was told my file has been closed I think this is very unfair what can I do

Have you had any letters from the DWP at all?0

It sounds like your file was returned because of failure to attend the assessment twice. You will need to contact PIP and tell them exactly why you didn't continue with the assessment. Once you've done that, hopefully they will agree to send your file back to the health assessment providers. Telephone: 0800 121 4433
