A friend of mine had a completely different problem with getting in arrears, but only held payments back because she thought they might have been a fault with the scooter because it was triggering the carbon monoxide alarm off while on charge. The agent who comes out to assess you’re eligibility for financing the scooter didn’t thoroughly explain how the payments work on a monthly basis, & she has a learning disability. First Senior Finance claims that she owes 2 further payments that have been missed, & following on from that terminated her contract
