Quingo Mobility Scooter’s issues with the finance company

A friend of mine had a completely different problem with getting in arrears, but only held payments back because she thought they might have been a fault with the scooter because it was triggering the carbon monoxide alarm off while on charge. The agent who comes out to assess you’re eligibility for financing the scooter didn’t thoroughly explain how the payments work on a monthly basis, & she has a learning disability. First Senior Finance claims that she owes 2 further payments that have been missed, & following on from that terminated her contract

I've moved your thread over into our Aids, Adaptions and Equipment category @Paul80 and edited the title for you, I hope that's okay :)

I'm sorry to hear about the issues your friend has been facing. Have they been able to source any support, or debt advice at all?
