Missused disabled parking

If there's one thing that really get me riled - it's people missusing disabled parking spaces
There is one, particular - a brand new glossy black car that parks in a disabled space outside my gym - it is obvious why this is done, he is worried that it might get damaged in a normal space (it is a very wide car).
But. there is a reason why 3 disabled parking spaces are provided and if he does it again - I am going to park my car tight up against his rear bumper to stop him from leaving the car park !

That's really frustrating @wibbles!
Could you ask the gym whether they'd be able to request that the driver moves their car to a different space? -

That sounds really frustrating @Wibbles. I am assuming you have already brought this up now as tomorrow has passed. How did it go? Unfortunately that's the younger generation of today no respect for themselves or others I have it done to me constantly to the point where I pointed it out to a parking attendant and he told me he just pays the fine every time I put a ticket on his car

What is a "Registered carer" as far as free hospital parking is concerned?
The rules state "free registered carers parking"
As a blue badge holder - I get free parking but does my wife/carer for dropping me off at hospital appointments? -
Is there a way to have the car towed?

I very much doubt it - Although I would love to see the owners face when emerging from the gym to find his pride and joy - gone !

Through the pocket is the only way these disrespectful people know these days
