Good afternoon @clydebank70 and welcome to the online community. By certificate of entitlement do you mean an NHS exemption certificate ?0
-
0800 121 4433 option 2 to bypass the message regarding the cost of living payment and then option 6. It should tell you your wife’s next payment and then it’ll ask you to press option 1 to be put through to an advisor and then you can request her certificate of entitlement.0
