I have lost my statement/letter of entitlement to PIP and I need it to claim a refund of my Road Tax. Can you advise please?

    0800 121 4433 option 2 and then option 6. It should tell you your next PIP payment and then it’ll tell you to press option 1 to be put through to an advisor who can assist you in sending a new letter of entitlement out. Do be aware that Royal Mail are striking this week so it may take slightly longer.
