I had my first appointment with my key worker yesterday

It went really well. My key worker is called zarah and she's lovely.
I got an email from her earlier asking me if I would like her to put me forward for a retail job at the Card Factory but I haven't got all of my ID yet and plus I wasn't expecting her to find me a job so quick. The shock has triggered my asthma a bit and my depression is trying to rear its ugly head, but thankfully my antidepressants are doing their job and keeping it in check.

That sounds positive @BrianMcFaddenfan07
I'm glad that your anti-depressants are doing their job. If you do feel yourself becoming unwell due to the shock, make sure that you share that with your key worker.
Is your asthma being well managed at the moment?0 -
