That means your waiting period will be Aug/Sept, Sept/Oct, Oct/Nov.. LCWRA starts from assessment period Nov 11th to Dec 10th. First payment will be 17th Dec 2021.
As you did go ahead and report a change of circumstances any new decision will overrule this Tribunal decision. You should have received another UC50 form for the change of circumstances, did you receive that?

Thank you @poppy123456 yes I worked out it should be December also. No i haven't received any forms or letter or notifications, apart from the commitment email and then I checked my payment this month and tracked my appeal and saw the date had gone. Maybe because of royal mail strikes it must be taking longer, although the appeal date was only September 9th ,so it may take awhile0

When I mentioned this, i was talking about the work capability assessment form when you reported a change to your health condition. Not about the Tribunal decision.poppy123456 said:As you did go ahead and report a change of circumstances any new decision will overrule this Tribunal decision. @poppy123456 I yes understand, I did it in May and I've not received a work capability assessment form, I thought I would have received one but didn't0

That sounds really frustrating @susieb45. Hoping someone can guide you towards a work capability assessment form!0
