Can someone help me with LCWRA. My husband was awarded this last year on December 17th and was paid his first payment on his uc account on 2nd December, after the New year we called uc and was informed there was an under payment on the system for over £3500, we requested a call from the service team to have this paid to him, we waited patiently for just over 24hr and finally recieved a call back from a gentleman [Removed by moderator - name] from st Austell sevice centre, read all the rights out to my husband and the amount and said that the money will show in our bank in two days and the phone call was finished, thats a lot of money for me and my husband, but within 5 mins they messaged through the journal and was informed that there was a miscalculation and they would recalculate and get back to me. Long story to short, we never have recieved this payment there excuse is that it never existed and that lcwra award back pay is not right and the award now states that his award is from when we submitted a fit note which was August 26th 2021 and that he is now not due any back pay. Even though his fit note dates are 01.03.2021 to October 2021, i have now found out 9 months later as thats how long i have been trying that certain notes on journal have bern deleted i have requested a call from a manager and they just message, our account is in such a mess, too many people dealing with and i am getting no where. My husband has mental health and this is effecting him so badly that i am at a loss and dont know where to turn please advise.

Hello @jamnhel and a warm welcome to the community.
I'm sorry for the stress this must be causing you and your husband.

To get a better understanding of things, could you clarify when you first claimed UC and when you first provided them with fit notes for your husband?
