Hi. I have been awarded LCWRA. My first Universal Credit was April. Will I get backdated LCWRA

    There's a 3 full month assessment period waiting time and the extra money is paid from the 4th month of your claim. You must have provided a fit note within 7 days of reporting your health condition and continued to send them without any gaps until a decision was made on your WCA.
    When it's paid from will depend on what date exactly you reported your health condition and what date you usually receive your money each month.
    Based on the limited information you've given then it will either be paid from August or September.
