I heard that last week DWP started sending Migration notices out to legacy benefit claimants by the thousands, is this true, has anyone received one yet.

They are issuing them in certain parts of the country only. The number are currently in hundreds not millions.0

You shouldn't believe everything you read. The timescale is by the end of 2024, whether that's possible remains to be seen.
