Hi all I have a tribunal scheduled for November I've just been awarded lcwra what a relief but my question is is there any point of submit the assessment copy as part of evidence or is it better left out

    They are different benefits with different criteria, although there are some similarities. It can't hurt to send a copy of the assessment report to HMCTS.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
