2nd cost of living payment

Does anyone know when the 2nd half of the cost of living payment will be please.one place says by the 1st of October and another place says the end of October.I am in receipt of e.s.a,p.i.p,housing and my husband gets careers allowance for looking after me.thanks.

    No one knows because the government haven't announced it yet.

    Sometime in the Autumn I hear.
    So anytime between the 1st Sept and 30th November is my guess
