Hi and welcome to the community
I and many others are in a similar situation and spend nearly all our time at home
You will be eligible for the £150 disability cost 8f living payment which you kay have had this week
You will also get the £400 energy bill rebate payable from Oct in 6 monthly payments to your energy account
If you claim means tested benefit you will get the 2nd half of the £650 col payment sometime in autumn
You may have also had the £150 Council tax rebate
If you are pension age there is £300 payment as well0 -
Thankyou for the post0

There's energy support available through scope. I have no idea what sort of support they do but you can contact them. Details here. https://www.scope.org.uk/disability-energy-support/ I did read on the link that support through email has closed until 10th October but you can still contact them and arrange a phone call.
