am i entitled to a battery driven wheelchair for free from the nhs as i suffer from dupuytren's disease in my hand

You will need a referral first to NHS wheelchair service. Though i have heard they aren't the best. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/social-care-and-support-guide/care-services-equipment-and-care-homes/walking-aids-wheelchairs-and-mobility-scooters/

There is quite strict criteria to get electric chairs from NHS but they do supply if you meet the criteria
