Hi I was turned down at my reconsideration stage went for the tribunal stage for pip but before it got to tribunal stage they overturned it again in my favour was just wondering how that works so glad it did

It means that you no longer have to attend a tribunal and you will receive any arrears due from the date of application and further payments too. Wait for a letter in the post to explain more but be aware that it can take a little bit of time to set everything up. You’ll also get the £150 disability cost of living bonus now too (presuming you applied before the 25th May), you will need to wait for that though.0

Hi thanks for that information no I put in a Mandotery considartion didn’t win that so was taking it to a tribunal stage while waiting for that they changed my decision in my favour before it got to tribunal got told by letter x0

It’s rare but it does happen. You can of course request a new Tribunal if you’re still not happy with the decision. Your current award will continue while you wait for the hearing. You do not need to request the MR again before Tribunal.0

Hi I’m happy with the out come this is the second time it’s happened unfortunately my circumstances will not change I just think sometimes they try there luck and hope folk just give up I think keep going folks get what u are untitled to I no it’s very stressful but think that’s what they are playing on x2
