Fit Note not being accepted

Hi everyone, hope you're all good.
I recently left my job as my anxiety has sky rocketed and my arthritis is just getting worse and worse.
I updated my account to say that I was no longer working. I then added my sick note details.
I received a message saying that it can't be accepted because I've exceeded work hours and/or income and to update my details if this has changed.
I replied to say that I did this with the date that I did.
I've just received another message saying the exact same thing.
Is this because they're not looking at my account properly?
