Hi.i was wondering about the £400 for help with gas and electric it tells you in articles that it will be issued in various ways.I am not sure how I might be able to get it as I live in a mobile home.I pay my landlady each month for my electric and I buy gas bottles as and when I need them.can anybody advice me on this and how I can get help.thank you.

It is paid onto your electric account if you're named on one. As you pay your landlady for your electric then i'm unsure if you're entitled to it. When you say you live in a mobile home, is this a park home?

There are just 4 caravans on the site I live.The landlady reads the meter once a month and we pay what it is in cash.1
