Attended my first workshop today

I found it OK and I was able to understand what the trainer was saying and was also to keep up with the trainer too.
The trainer herself was really nice and friendly and asked me and this guy (there were supposed to be 5 of us on the workshop, but only 2 of us turned up) questions, but she gave us time to answer them.
She gave us a work booklet to fill in at home if we wanted to.
