i just had my decision which is LCW. how can i challenge this decision? how can i request the full report?

First you need to look at the descriptors for LCWRA and see if any of them apply to you. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activityIf they do then you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration, which you can do on your journal. You need to state why you think you should have been found to have LCWRA and your reasons why.The assessment report isn't need for the MR request but if you still want it you can request this on your journal.For expert advice start here. https://advicelocal.uk/The most likely outcome of the MR will be the decision remains the same. If this happens you can request the Tribunal.
