You can get a review of your PIP entitlement by reporting a change of circumstances. However this will result in you being issued with a new health questionnaire to be completed and returned followed by a reassessment and your whole PIP award will be reviewed. It would be prudent to take advice to check whether or not the changes are relevant and could result in a change in the PIP award.
