Hi I've just been sent my review form from pip but my actual award is not up until September 2023. Can someone tell me why

Hi and welcome to the community
You most likely had an extension due to covid to allow them to get rid of backlogs also reviews are taking a long time to complete so they are sending them out in plenty of time
