This my first time claiming pip I have just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees and suspected lupus my life has totally changed in the last year.
The pip process has been challenging and stressful but I have found this forum very useful my mental health has deteriorated in the last six months I suffer from depression and anxiety brought on by my mobility problems.
I had my assessment which lasted 2 1/2 hours which was torture.
I got my assessment report which says I got 12 for mobility and 14 for daily care so I hope the decision maker goes with the report
the only thing I was confused about is the report has gone with my mental health not my physical problems accept on mobility and also I have been referred to the occupational therapist for adaptions and that seemed to go against me even though they haven’t been fitted yet
im just here anxious about their decision it’s torture

If they go with the report it will be Enhanced for both parts and you can't have a higher award than this, regardless of whether more points should have been scored. It would be a waste of everyone's time to challenge that decision, once it's made.

Mostly they do but it has been know for them to go against it. Nothing more you can do but wait for the decision. This is what happens when you receive the report, it often causes more needless anxiety.
