Pip award text message.

in PIP, DLA, ADP and AA
I know some people have had a text stating  they've been awarded pip and the award letter will follow,
But can you also receive a text stating 'No Award',or is that more likely to be done by letter only.

    Isn’t this a review for you? If so then I’m not aware of them sending texts for those waiting for review decisions.

    Do ppl not get a text from dwp when decision is made stating award for pip? It's Not for me I've never had a text from them yet. So is it only for those who have had a first claim for pip. As my friend has.

    Meaning i'm not aware of those waiting for review decision to receive a text message for an award.
    There's been 2 people here recently that had a text message saying a decision was made on their claim and they should receive a letter within 2 weeks... the outcome was a refusal but the text message didn't actually tell them that.
    What text did your friend receive?
