Monthly calls whilst on LCWRA

I have been awarded LCWRA so do I still expect to receive monthly calls and do I still need to provide fit notes.

I have my monthly call next week.

Also my wife gets carers Allowance and on her to do list it says we will call you but then there is no date and time, it's been like this since I think I was awarded LCWRA.

    The decision letter telling you that have been found to have LCWRA should tell you that you are no longer required to provide Fit Notes.

    You will be asked to sign a new Claimant Commitment. You will no longer be required to have monthly conversations. The new CC will just be to keep UC informed if there are changes in your circumstances.
