Hi I put in for lcwra back in June I had a telephone assessment with a practitioner on the 3rd of august which I have since found out it was passed to the dept that same day 
I was told 5 weeks ago it is with a decision maker can you tell me how they can have this for 
many thanks

It can take 2-12 weeks for a decision. Once it's made you will receive a letter on your journal.
