I’m not sure where to start I applied for pip back in may and it was rejected which I was expecting and then I put in a MR before the MR I logged a complaint because the assessor was just awful I cannot put into words how bad, the assessment was horrendous and absolutely draining and upsetting for me!! I suffer with severe anxiety, I wonder if you can help this is the letter I received back after my complaint and it mentions that there could be a change to my decision of the claim is this a positive thing as I was previously turned down first of all.

any advice would be great.

As suggested in the letter it seems sensible for you to ring PIP and check if they now have a revised report that the Decision Maker will use to inform the MR (I infer you are at the stage of waiting for the MR decision).
