What number have you been calling? It can unfortunately be quite difficult to get through.0 -
Are you claiming PIP? If so then you will need to ring them to ask them to send one to you. Best time to ring is usually as soon as they open.
Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Telephone: 0800 121 4433
Textphone: 0800 121 4493
Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 121 4433
British Sign Language (BSL) video relay service if you’re on a computer - find out how to use the service on mobile or tablet
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Having similar problems getting a letter of entitlement from PIP for my ENCTS renewal. 2 hours on the phone and hung up on. Absolute joke. Surely they must have a duty of care and maximum permissible wait time.0

Best time to ring is as soon as they open. Unfortunately, there's no maximum waiting time for them to answer the phone.
