I got an email from the Dwp for a phone consultation on the Monday at 3 o’clock someone rang to say they were running behind and the would have to ring me back at 4-30 but they didn’t and I haven’t heard anything from them.can you give me any advice. Many thanks

I'm assuming you started a claim for PIP and haven't yet been awared. Just so that you're aware mobility is part of PIP. If the appointment was for an assessment then you will need to ring the health assessment providers who do the assessments to ask them and they will be able to tell you. The assessments have nothing to do with DWP.0
