PIP appeal tracker changed?!

Hi, just looking for some help I suppose.

I put in for tribunal, no offer from DWP but they responded. I decided on a paper based hearing then telephone hearing, so my tracker changed to pic 1 (hearing booked)

I submitted more evidence (a statement from my partner and also an appointment I had booked for assessment for bipolar disorder) on Friday

Today I’ve had an email about submitting more evidence & I’ve checked the tracker to see ‘hearing booked’ has changed and disappeared. Do DWP get my new evidence when I give it to tribunal? Could they have seen it & decided to give me an offer to avoid tribunal after all?  Could it just be a fault with the tracker? Could they have changed it to paper based because of my evidence?

Help please!!

Just wanted to say that you have your full name and Tribunal ref number all showing on that screenshot. On the top right hand side of your comment there's a little cog, click on it and edit your comment. You only have a limited amount of time to do, which is within 59 minutes of posting the comment. If you can't do it then a member of the scope team will do that for you when they see it.

Any information sent to the tribunal service by you will be copied to DWP (and copied back to you).
