Accessment still been audited

Hi all.. had my phone accessment on 28th September. Had a second from call from the accessor on the 6th October as they needed a bit more info. Called them this morning as still haven't heard anything apparently it's still at audit.. How long does this normally take. The waiting is causing me so much unnecessary stress and my anxiety is going thru the roof

There’s no time limit but you should expect it to be sent back shortly, you may receive a text message when this happens so I don’t advise you to phone again.

Speaking from personal experience I’ve known a report be in audit for 6 weeks. There’s nothing more you can do at this stage. Once the audit is completed the report will be returned to DWP.
