Hi all, any info would be apreciated please i have started a uc claim wich i started with notes so have been on uc since 7/6/22 with notes provided consistantly and have been awarded lwrca as of 17/10 will this be backdated till my 1st note 7/6 i have no idea just read alot of difrent storys regarding this would apreciate any info thank you

There’s a 3 full month assessment period waiting time and the extra money is paid from the 4th after you reported your health condition. The LCWRA element isn’t paid at all during the waiting period.
Your waiting period will be June/July, July/Aug, Aug/Sept.. LCWRA starts from AP 7th Sept to 6th Oct and first payment will be 13th October. Therefore they owe you one month for the LCWRA element.1
