I'm trying to find out how to record my phone PIP assessment.

You can either ring the health assessment providers and ask for it to be recorded or you can record it yourself, which now allows you to use your phone to record it. As i advised, you can now use a mobile phone or any other recording device which you have. Or if you don't have a mobile phone you can buy a mini recording device from places like amazon or argos. Sorry i can't put a link up because we can't use links to advertise items. A quick search and there's one on amazon for £18.99.Or you can contact the health assessment providers and ask for them to record it for you. I'm not sure what other advice you would like.0
