@Godfather1968 Hello there and a warm welcome to our online community, how are you today?

Thank you for your comment on finding member's stories informative. Hearing about other's situations and the nuances and detail they provide can bring about a certain amount of relief, can't it? For me, it's the recognition that 'Aahhh someone else gets it. I'm not alone'   :)

How are you coping with your temporal lobe epilepsy? Are you well supported with it, be it medically or emotionally? I do hope so.

Feel free to join in wherever you like; we have lots of Halloween fun going on today in our coffee lounge particularly!

Take care and speak again soon.

does anyone have any success with Epilepsy + Personal independence ?
as always i find that you always have to educate people about the condition b4 they can make an informed decision even when they claim to have the experience required

PIP isn’t awarded based on any diagnosis. Whether you’re entitled will depend on exactly how your conditions affect you against the 12 PIP activities.
I don’t think they need “educating” on any conditions because we are all affected differently so it’s up to the claimant to fully explain exactly how those conditions affect you.
