How long before I can seek legal advice?

Hello everyone just a question if O.T are not fulfilling there obligations how long is it before I can seek legal advice as I'm in the process of the second phase of a complaint?

    Hi and welcome to the community 

    You can seek legal advice whenever you want but taking legal action would be different 

    They won't take action till you have exhausted the complaints procedure 

    Legal action could prove very costly 

    I suggest you try cab first off
